Course Description

This course will introduce law students to the basic principles and practices of contemporary business enabling them to provide greater value-added when advising business clients. The course will focus on fundamental business concepts, including, business strategy, management, finance and risk. Additionally, the course will cover the challenges business leaders face in the contemporary legal, economic, and political environment. Class sessions will include lectures, guest speakers, and analysis and discussion of case studies.  Numerical or CR/D/F.
