Events

The law school calendar is filled with events involving speakers on cutting-edge issues in entertainment and media law. Each fall the law school hosts the annual Institute on Entertainment Law and Business, one of the premier conferences for practitioners in entertainment law, and each spring the law school hosts the annual Intellectual Property Institute, one of the premier conferences for practitioners in intellectual property law. Throughout the year, the Entertainment Law Society and the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Society, some of our most active student organizations, organize outside speaker events and networking events involving lawyers, business executives and other players in the entertainment and media industries.
