Jason C. Marsili obtained his JD and his MA of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004. While at Pepperdine University, Marsili served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pepperdine Law Review and competed as a member of Pepperdine's nationally renowned trial advocacy program.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Order of Barristers, a national honor society recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy.
Marsili earned his BA magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis.
Edward Kleinbard wrote an op-ed, "Beware the Fine Print — a GOP Tax Cut for Small Businesses is More Like a Giveaway for the Rich", posted to The Los Angeles Times on November 13, 2017.
Gillian Hadfield's paper, "Privatizing Law: Is Rule of Law an Equilibrium Without Private Ordering?," was recently listed on SSRN's Top Ten download list for seven eJournals/topics.
Rebecca Brown attained SSRN's designation as being in the top 10% of Authors on SSRN by all-time downloads.
