Marilyn Mordetzky is a Commissioner for the Los Angeles Superior Court. She served as a Judicial Officer in the Dependency Court for seven years and was named Judicial Officer of the Year in 2011. Mordetzky is a past Juvenile Bar president and has conducted numerous seminars for dependency and delinquency practitioners throughout California. She has implemented and currently leads a volunteer-based mediation program at the Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Courthouse. She teaches the Family Law Mediation Clinic.

Re: Niels W. Frenzen

Niels Frenzen was quoted on how federal courts weigh the content of President Donald Trump's tweets. “We’ve never had a president tweeting like this,” Frenzen said. “You have these extreme public statements that are shedding light on the motivation of the president in regard to why he is directing Cabinet secretaries to engage in these actions. The courts are saying these are fair game.”
