James Rouen joined the USC Gould School of Law in 2016 as a lecturer in law. Rouen teaches topics in corporate law - legal negotiation. Rouen is a managing director and corporate attorney with Citigroup in New York and London, specializing in bank regulation and transaction services (cash, securities, letters of credit, electronic banking). He has also worked at the firms of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Willkie Farr & Gallagher and in the Office of the Mayor of the City of New York. He is a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Law School and was a member of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Rouen is admitted to the New York and Federal Bars and is a proud USC parent.
