Thora Leiken is vice president, business and legal affairs at Agency for the Performing Arts, a talent and literary agency based in Beverly Hills, California. Leiken has been with the agency since 2013. Previously, she was a business affairs executive at United Talent Agency for over 12 years after being in the agent training program there for two years.

Leiken received a JD from Loyola Law School. While in law school, she was an intern and then employed as a law clerk in the legal department of the Domestic Television Distribution division of Paramount Pictures. Leiken received a BA and graduated cum laude from University of Redlands. She is a member of the State Bar of California.

Heidi Rummel was quoted about the likelihood of getting a conviction in a homicide case without the victim's body. "In most homicide prosecutions, the fact the person died is not the issue," Rummel said. “In the vast majority of murder cases, proving someone was a homicide victim is relatively easy with an autopsy, but without a body, prosecutors will need to prove the case with only circumstantial evidence.”
