The Summer Law & English (SLE) Program application fee is $100. Students who are admitted to one of our graduate programs at USC Gould School of Law will receive an application fee waiver with their admissions letter. Therefore, we recommend that you wait until you receive an admissions letter for our LL.M. or M.C.L. Program prior to applying to the SLE Program.

The SLE Program tuition and university fee includes law class and legal English class instruction, course materials, health insurance (including immunization screening and treatment, use of the USC Student Health Center with USC faculty physicians, weekly special activities, access to campus facilities (such as the Lyon Recreational Center), student services, expedited processing of student visa/I-20 form, and express mail of admission documents. As a result, the following fees are mandatory for all Summer Law & English Program students:

If housing is selected, then the following fees are mandatory in addition to the SLE Program Tuition and University Fee:

The payment deadline for tuition and university fee, as well as housing application fee and housing fee (if applicable) is June 1. Payments made after June 1 will be assessed a $100 late fee. All fees for the SLE Program are non-refundable (unless your student visa is denied). All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
