Sofia Aguilar specializes in the areas of entertainment, business, and employment. Orin Kerr discussed a case that asks whether or not suspects have a legal obligation to unlock their smartphones for investigators. "In light of the lower court disagreement, the U.S. Supreme Court is likely to take on this issue in the next few years," said Kerr.
