Kenneth Spencer earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School and has been practicing law in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years in a myriad of areas: personal injury (plaintiff and defense), employment (employee and employer), professional negligence (legal and medical), products liability, family law, entertainment law, business litigation, and criminal defense. He is currently a trial attorney with the Fidelity National Law Group in their downtown Los Angeles office where he specializes in real property litigation and recoupment actions.

Professor Spencer is also a mentor in the USC Athlete Career Transition Programs, and is the designer and patent holder of “The Jury Case”, a jury selection product that has been used throughout America since 2013 by attorneys, trial consultants, judges, and court clerks. He is a fitness zealot and sports enthusiast, and resides in West Los Angeles.
