The USC Gould School of Law is expanding access to legal education and elevating its commitment to innovation with the launch of an Executive Education Program designed for legal and non-legal professionals. This unique, immersive program provides learners of all interests and backgrounds with a vital understanding of the law to strengthen their skills, advance their career goals, and drive their personal growth.

USC Gould’s Executive Education Program offers fully online, self-paced courses created and led by distinguished USC law faculty and industry experts. Each course delivers an enriching and interactive learning experience that examines key topics in law, such as legal and business planning for entrepreneurs, deal-making in the entertainment arena, and managing and implementing AI in the legal workplace. Courses can be accessed for 6 months, with the option to join live virtual office hours and networking opportunities to connect with peers and drive professional growth. Upon completion of each course, participants will have gained practical knowledge of core legal principles, regulatory frameworks and negotiation strategies that they can immediately apply to their work.

Enrollment is now open for the inaugural course, AI in Law: Strategy, Practice and Innovation.  Designed for lawyers and business professionals, this course delivers the essential skills to use generative AI technologies effectively within today’s legal landscape. Participants will learn to craft AI strategies, build innovation frameworks, evaluate AI tools with confidence, and navigate legal and ethical challenges related to AI.

“Our Executive Education Program reflects USC Gould’s long-standing leadership in providing transformative legal training across disciplines,” shares USC Gould School of Law Dean Franita Tolson. “With flexible, digital-focused delivery and content grounded in real-world relevance, we are creating pathways for leaders and lifelong learners to expand their expertise, apply cutting-edge knowledge in real time, and remain at the forefront in a rapidly changing world.”
