Parking and Accommodations

Limited parking for the Conference is available at the hotel valet for $24 per day with validation. Self-parking is available at the Union Bank Parking Garage, located across the street from the hotel at 445 South Figueroa Street at a rate of $15 per day with validation. Validations can be obtained when you check in.

The Conference does not have a sleeping room block; however, USC has negotiated discounted rates for Conference participants of $184 for a traditional room, $214 for a deluxe room, or $285 for a Tower Suite.  Please note that overnight valet rates will be $49 per night.  If you require hotel accommodations, please contact Rexlene Della at the hotel directly at  Sleeping room discounts are limited and will be first come, first served, so reserve your room early.

Registration Information

  • How do I register?

    To register online, click here. For a printable Registration Form, click here. Complete and mail, along with your payment, to the address provided. Credit card payments can only be processed using the online registration system. All registrations are final and non-refundable.

  • How much does registration cost?

    The registration fees are outlined on the Registration Information page.

  • What do I get with my registration?

    Registration includes all sessions, continental breakfast, networking breaks, the luncheon presentation, continuing education credit, and print and downloadable copies of the practical Conference Syllabus and popular Resource Guide, a Trust and Estate Professional Directory covering Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties. Free Wifi will also be available for attendees at the Conference.

  • How do I get my name badge?

    Badges will be held at Will Call. No badges will be mailed.

Conference Materials

  • Do I get materials with my registration?

    Yes, you will receive the Conference Syllabus. Copies are provided in both print format and as a download available prior to the Conference. The Syllabus includes a copy of our annual Resource Guide (an Estates and Trusts Professional Directory covering Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties).

  • Can I just purchase the syllabus?

    You can purchase the Syllabus by clicking here. Syllabi for the 45th Annual Conference will be made available after the Conference. Please contact our office at (213) 821-3580 or email us at if you have any questions.

Audio Recordings

  • I'm confused by the audio recordings - can I get additional MCLE credit by listening to the audio after the Conference, even if I attended the Conference?

    No, you can only get credit the first time you either attend or listen to recordings of the Conference session. If you attend in person, you will get credit that day only. The audio recordings are available so you may go back and listen to parts of the Conference after it is over to review what you learned at the Conference.

  • If I do not attend the live Conference and I want to buy the audio recordings, can I get participatory credit?

    No, if you listen to the audio recordings, you are only eligible for self-study MCLE credit.

  • What format are the audio recordings? Do you furnish an audio player?

    Audio recordings will be available as MP3 downloads. You will need to open them with a media player, such as Windows Media Player or iTunes.

  • How much are the audio recordings?

    If want to purchase the audio recordings but will not register for the Conference, the cost is $199 (which also includes a downloadable copy of the syllabus). If you register for the Conference, you can purchase the audio recordings for only $99.

  • Do I have to buy the syllabus separately from the audio recordings?

    No, the syllabus materials are part of the audio recordings purchase. If you attend in person and purchase the add-on audio recordings, you will receive a PDF of the syllabus materials prior to the Conference.

  • If I purchase the audio recordings, when will they be available for download?

    We hope to make the audio recordings available within three weeks of the Conference.
