USC Gould School of Law's certificates in Compliance, Financial Compliance, Health Care Compliance, and Human Resources Law and Compliance are accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB). The certificates may be earned on a standalone basis or concurrent with the Online or On-Campus Master of Studies in Law (MSL) and Online Master of Laws (LLM) degree. Our accreditation enables students who obtain one of USC Gould's certificates in compliance to sit for the following exams:<\/p>

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)<\/li>
• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional International (CCEP-I)<\/li>
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)<\/li>
• Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC)<\/li>
• Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)<\/li><\/ul>

  The CCB sets the standards that individuals must meet to receive and hold certification in compliance. With certification, compliance professionals achieve credible recognition as qualified compliance practitioners, which is often required for advanced positions in the field.<\/p>

  USC Gould students who successfully complete 16 units worth of CCB-accredited coursework with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher may:<\/p>

  • Have fulfilled the continuing education units (CEU) requirements to take a CCB certification exam.<\/li>
  • Have fulfilled the professional work experience requirement to take a CCB certification exam.<\/li>
