Three honored at annual student, alumni mixer

USC La Raza Law Students Association honored three outstanding members of the bar at their annual fete, Judges and Lawyers Night, March 25.

Students and alumni gathered in Town and Gown to recognize Calfiornia Supreme Court Justice Carlos R. Moreno, Lifetime Achievement honoree; Norma Garcia Guillen '02, Inspirational Alumnus Award winner and associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP; and Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Nieto '77, recipient of the Judge Armendariz Community Service Award.

La Raza's Judges and Lawyers Night was created to build stronger ties between current students and graduates working in the Los Angeles legal arena.
