Reaching abroad to prospective students

USC Law hosts international programs information sessions in Asia

Misa Shimotsu-Kim, director of USC Law’s Graduate and International Programs (G&IP), traveled to Asia this month to host information sessions about the Master of Laws (LLM) and Master of Comparative Laws (MCL) programs.

The sessions are provided to potential applicants as well as those who have already applied to the programs.

Joined by USC Law alumni and staff from USC International Programs, Shimotsu-Kim stopped in Tokyo at an event jointly sponsored with the USC Marshall School of Business Global Executive MBA program on Jan. 22. She also visited Taipei, Taiwan, on Jan. 25.

At each event, a presentation about USC Law was followed by a Q&A with alumni and a reception. At right, alum Koji Kawamura ’07, speaks during the Tokyo event. For more information about these programs, visit the USC Law G&IP website.
