USC Law professor and alum recruit for international programs

Professor Edwin Smith and USC Law LL.M. alum Marc Oetzel '03 met up in Frankfurt, Germany, for a recruiting event there. Smith is the Leon Benwell Professor of Law, International Relations and Political Science and teaches in USC Law's Graduate and International Programs. Oetzel is a native of Germany and currently lives there.
