As a part of our legacy of innovation, USC Gould has been a leader among law schools in making legal education more accessible, including to historically under-served groups and areas around the world. In the past decade, we have launched a constellation of non-degree programs – both in-person and online – as well as one of the very few Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies undergraduate programs nationwide. This is in addition to housing one of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious LLM programs.
As we move into the future, we will continue to leverage our strategic location in the worldwide capital for media, entertainment and technology. This includes strategic partnerships with other world-class, multi-disciplinary graduate and professional programs at USC — from the creative spheres of cinema and arts, to the forefront of artificial intelligence and computing.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to advancing the accessibility of legal education via new and innovative pipeline programs and through competitive merit-based scholarships and need-based grants. Together as a community, we will continue to offer a legal education that emphasizes equity and excellence in the classroom and in the profession.
