USC Gould has a long-standing tradition of inclusivity that dates to the earliest days of the law school. One only needs to take a stroll through the hallways of our building and view portraits from the earliest graduating classes to see the student body of all backgrounds, which is a hallmark of Gould. We understand that meaningful classroom dialogue is nurtured when all voices have the opportunity to be heard. For more than a decade, USC Gould has proudly hosted workshops cultivating a sense of community and belonging.
Through comprehensive and constructive programming, our hope is to leave workshop participants with tangible advice that will position you to be a strong law school applicant. The workshop will feature a number of insightful panels and discussions. Representatives from USC Gould's student organizations will lead a firsthand conversation on what it's like to be a law student and how their respective groups provide support to incoming students. In addition, we will host accomplished alumni who will discuss "From a Lawyer's Desk" — how they paved their road to success.
