Harvey R. Friedman has more than 45 years of experience as a civil trial lawyer. He has tried, to conclusion, over 100 jury and non-jury cases in both federal and state courts. Friedman has taken or defended more than 1000 depositions. He has taught new associates in his law firm, Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger, how to take depositions for more than 20 years.
