Michael Moulton is a managing partner at Moulton | Moore LLP, a boutique corporate and executive compensation firm based in Santa Monica, CA. Moulton counsels clients with respect to startup and early stage securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. He also counsels clients with respect to corporate governance and represents executives in connection with some of the most sensitive and transformational moments of their careers. Prior to founding Moulton | Moore LLP, Moulton practiced corporate law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, with a particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and board advisory matters. Moulton is also a co-founder of an emerging technology company called “echo,” which is set to launch in 2017.
