Chloe Ghoogassian is an attorney specializing in privacy and digital health within the health care industry. She currently works as the senior privacy and commercial counsel for Doximity, where she is building the company's privacy program. She also advises on privacy matters in product design and development, as well as transactional matters as it relates to Doximity's hospital clients.

Prior to Doximity, Ghoogassian worked as counsel for Amgen’s Digital Health and Innovation team. Prior to Amgen, she worked at UCLA Health's Office of Compliance Services – Privacy, where she honed her expertise in health care privacy. She attended law school at UC Hastings and earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA.
