Beverly Rich, JD, is a doctoral candidate in strategy at the USC Marshall School of Business. Her research focuses on the impact of innovation in the legal industry, with a particular emphasis on use of AI in contracting. Prior to beginning her PhD, Rich practiced litigation in Los Angeles and worked as a consultant on internet policy and cybersecurity.

Jean Reisz was interviewed about President Joe Biden's plans to introduce comprehensive immigration reform. "It seems to grant a pathway to citizenship for people who are here without legal status as of Jan. 1, 2021," she said. "It would allow people to presumably get some temporary status."
