Jeff Dennis is the head of Newmeyer Dillions’ Privacy & Data Security practice and holds the CIPP/US privacy certification from the IAPP. He works with the firm’s clients on regulatory compliance and cyber-related issues, including contractual and insurance opportunities to lessen their risk. Dennis also has extensive experience representing developers and businesses in all aspects of complex litigation matters and handles the insurance coverage issues that arise out of construction claims.
