Adam was a Corporate/M&A Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and also the general counsel of two public companies, one with a primary trading market on the London Stock Exchange and one primarily traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market, where he was also EVP of corporate development focused on M&A at the Nasdaq company. In those roles, he helped lead and negotiated dozens of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures ranging from small to multi-billion deals.
Specifically, while at CSR Adam helped lead the $2.5 billion sale of CSR plc to Qualcomm and the $310M spinoff of the mobile business unit to Samsung. He has also negotiated various transactions involving companies such as Apple, Disney, Google, HP, Intel, Klipsch, Microsoft, Intel and Siemens. Adam also helped co-found and served as a private company board member at two technology companies later acquired by public corporations.
