Arthur Yoon is a corporate attorney advising companies and senior management in a wide range of industries, including technology, information and Internet (gaming and interactive), health care and life sciences, real estate, and consumer products, with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business financing, strategic relationships, corporate partnering, and intellectual property protection. In the representation of businesses, he has managed a broad range of sophisticated commercial transactions and led cross-functional teams in connection with business growth initiatives, enterprise risk management, complex commercial projects, strategic alliances, sales and purchases of assets, and contested transactions.
Yoon has practiced as senior counsel in the corporate, M&A and securities practice groups at highly respected law firms, including a Global 100 law firm. He has also served as in-house counsel at Internet companies and as a manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He previously served as a trial attorney in the tax division of the U.S. Justice Department in Washington, D.C., where he received the U.S. Justice Department Outstanding Attorney award. Yoon has held leadership roles at nonprofit organizations advancing diversity leadership in government and the legal profession.
Yoon earned an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from Southwestern Law School, and a BS from the University of Southern California.
