Bob Hagle teaches Contract Drafting and Negotiation at the USC Gould School of Law. Hagle recently retired as a partner with the law firm Rutan & Tucker LLP, where he specialized in real estate and corporate finance. While at Rutan & Tucker, Hagle served as head of the Real Estate Section and as co-chair of the Banking and Finance Practice Group. Hagle began his career at a national firm where he specialized in bankruptcy reorganizations and creditors’ rights and subsequently held in-house counsel positions at financial institutions.
