Diane Ellis is a law librarian, research services, and adjunct assistant professor of Law at the USC Gould School of Law. Ellis teaches legal research to 1L law students and conducts legal research workshops for USC undergraduate students.

Ellis obtained her BA in psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and obtained her JD degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. After a career practicing business litigation for many years, Ellis obtained her MLIS degree from San Jose State University. She is a member of SCALL and AALL.
