Elena Flores is a Staff Attorney and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at the USC Gould School of Law Immigration Clinic. She specializes in immigration law and is directing the Immigrant Legal Assistance Center (ILAC), which provides individualized legal consultations and representation, as well as outreach and Know-Your-Rights presentations, to USC students, staff and their family members. ILAC’s work is supported by the Office of the Provost.

Prior to joining USC Gould, Flores worked in private practice for almost 20 years, most recently in her own immigration practice, and provided pro bono representation to individuals through the Los Angeles County Bar Association Immigrant Legal Assistance Project. Flores received her Bachelor of Arts from the USC Dornsife College of Letters Arts and Sciences and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
