Jeesoo Nam is a scholar of law and philosophy. In law, Nam writes primarily on taxation. Nam’s works appear in both law reviews and philosophy journals. Nam has received the Felix S. Cohen Prize in legal philosophy.

Before joining USC, Jeesoo Nam served as visiting assistant professor of tax law at New York University and practiced as a tax associate in Los Angeles at Latham & Watkins. Nam received a JD from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s in economics with highest distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, from Duke University.
