Ryan Dibble

Ryan Dibble (JD 2005) teaches Topics in American Law for USC Gould School of Law’s online programs. An attorney since 2005, he has been a member of the California Bar. Dibble holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and political science, both also from USC.

Since 2025, Dibble has served as a Superior Court Commissioner for the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles and presides over civil small claims and unlawful detainer cases. From 2006 to 2025, Dibble was a deputy district attorney at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, completing more than 70 jury trials. Dibble served in the Hardcore Gang, Major Narcotics, and Justice System Integrity Divisions, prosecuting homicides, violent felonies, large-scale narcotics trafficking cases, and police misconduct cases. He also assisted in dozens of wiretap investigations and trained hundreds of law enforcement professionals and attorneys on gangs, wiretaps, search warrants, and the investigation and prosecution of illegal opioid prescribing cases.

Dibble has volunteered as a project facilitator for the Los Angeles DA’s Project LEAD youth justice system education program and Teach Democracy’s mock trial program.
