 Sam Greenberg is a principal in the national office of Ernst & Young LLP, where he focuses on partnership transaction planning. He also represents investment banks and issuers on a variety of debt and equity offerings. He is involved in structuring and implementing complex-formation transactions for both master limited partnerships and real estate investment trusts. Greenberg is a frequent speaker at industry forums and tax conferences. He also teaches partnership tax at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and income tax timing at Loyola Law School.
