Danny Guggenheim is a member in the Los Angeles office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., and dedicates the bulk of his practice to the representation of private equity funds, real estate companies, non-bank lenders and other investors in connection with commercial real estate joint ventures, financings, acquisitions and dispositions.

He has been recognized with the “AV Preeminent” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2015, and has been included in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Real Estate Law since 2014, and in the Southern California Super Lawyers list since 2017.

Guggenheim speaks frequently on a variety of real estate topics, and is the author or co-author of “HVCRE-What? Real Estate Industry & Law Report (March 2009). He also holds a California real estate broker license.

Guggenheim received his BA in 2000 from Columbia University, and his JD in 2004 from the University of Southern California. While at USC Gould, he served as an Introduction to Lawyering Skills (ILS) instructor and as president of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the National Moot Court Team, and received the Shattuck Award for Leadership as well as the Order of the Laurel and Palm Award for Leadership and Service. Guggenheim served on the USC Gould Alumni Association’s Executive Committee from 2014-2016 as chair of regional programs, and remains an active member of the USC Gould community.
