Nathaniel Haas

Nathaniel Haas is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, regulatory and governmental affairs, and internal investigations. He teaches LAW 520: Introduction to the American Legal System as a lecturer in law at the USC Gould School of Law.

Haas clerked for the Honorable Morgan B. Christen on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals from 2020-21. He received his law degree from the USC Gould School of Law, and also received his undergraduate degree in political science and economics from USC.
