Jeffrey Hickman teaches Administrative Law and Regulatory policy at USC Gould School of Law. He draws on more than a decade of experience in public sector employment and labor relations with the County of Los Angeles.

During his time with the County of Los Angeles he has taken part in high profile collective bargaining agreement negotiations and helped develop labor strategies regarding vital countywide policy changes. Jeffrey has appeared before multiple administrative adjudicative bodies on the County’s behalf. He brings a deep understanding of administrative government operations to the classroom, with a particular expertise in public sector labor law.

Jeffrey graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2005 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School Los Angeles.
