Justin Hoyt

Justin Hoyt is an arbitrator and mediator of complex commercial, employment, entertainment and real estate disputes. He also serves as a research attorney at JAMS, where he assists neutrals in resolving similar types of cases. At USC Gould, he teaches Arbitration in the United States and ADR Clause Drafting.

Earlier in his career, Hoyt clerked for multiple federal and state judges in California and New York. Prior to his clerkships, he was a litigation associate at various law firms in New York City, specializing in commercial, employment, personal injury and real estate matters.

Hoyt earned his LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the USC Gould School of Law, his JD from Brooklyn Law School and his BA in Philosophy from San Diego State University.
