Patrick Noonan is the employment equity and compliance coordinator in USC’s Office of Equity and Diversity where he manages university-wide employment practices compliance across more than 40 distinct employment operations. In this role he is also responsible for responding on behalf of the university to discrimination charges, compliance audits and other regulatory matters before local, state and federal administrative agencies. Prior to USC, Noonan was an employment law fellow in the Office of Legal Affairs at the Ohio State University.

Noonan received his JD from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he also received a graduate certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and served as the chief managing editor for The Ohio State University Journal on Dispute Resolution. He received his bachelor of science degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and minored in inequality studies and law and society. He is a member of the California State Bar.
