Jin Park is an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law, teaching LLM Contracts.  She has also taught Reviewing and Negotiating Business Contracts and Legal Writing and Research. In her private practice, she served as outside counsel to USC, where her responsibilities included drafting and reviewing general business and intellectual property contracts and advising the counsel’s office on various transactional matters and dispute resolution. She has also served as adjunct faculty at UCLA School of Law.

Park received her BA in economics from Stanford University and her JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she worked on the UCLA Law Review and served as a student legal advisor.
