 Martin Sullivan is co-director of the USC Gould School of Law’s Employment Mediation Program. In this role, he instructs JD, LLM and MDR students in the mediation of real employment cases brought before state and federal agencies. A mediator himself, Sullivan volunteers his services as a panel mediator with the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District. Sullivan is also a seasoned employment attorney, formerly with a preeminent international defense firm, and is now representing workers and class members with Melmed Law Group. Sullivan earned his JD from the USC Gould School of Law and AB from Duke University.
