Marcio Vasconcellos
Marcio Vasconcellos supervises LLM students in the Hale Moot Court Competition, and is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Musick Peeler. He is a member of the international arbitration and business litigation practice groups. His areas of practice include international arbitration, international litigation and commercial law, particularly in the construction and technology sectors.
Vasconcellos practiced for several years in Brazil before relocating to California. Prior to joining Musick Peeler, he was a Junior Associate at Baker & McKenzie in Brazil (Trench, Rossi & Watanabe) and a partner of a Boutique Commercial Law Firm, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and arbitration. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish fluently and is also proficient in Italian.
Vasconcellos earned a LLB and a LLM Degree from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul School of Law, as well as an LLM in International Law & Arbitration from Pepperdine University.
