Caroline Vincent is recognized as a pioneer in the mediation field. Her three decades of experience include community mediation, public policy and environmental mediation, and commercial mediation and arbitration. She has mediated and arbitrated more than 2,500 matters during her career. She is currently a neutral affiliated with ADR Services Inc. Vincent is a frequent lecturer and writer on mediation advocacy and ethics, and has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer in ADR since 2014, as well as recognized as a top woman lawyer.

She earned her JD from the USC Gould School of Law and her BA from Tulane University. She serves on the advisory committee of the Center for Dispute Resolution at USC Gould. She developed and taught the inaugural class in ADR Ethics and currently serves as a trainer and supervisor of the Advanced Mediation Clinic where she focuses on employment mediation including cases mediated for EEOC and DFEH.
