Alex Voxman serves as chair of the Los Angeles Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins LLP and co-chair of the firm’s Internet & Digital Media Industry Group. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings, venture capital transactions and general company representation.

Voxman has represented a broad range of domestic and international businesses, including numerous clients in the Internet and digital media, ecommerce, entertainment, life sciences, aerospace and food and beverage industries.

Voxman currently serves on the executive committee of the Business and Corporate Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He earned his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a BA from Amherst College.
