Connie Rice speaks on police misconduct

Prominent civil rights attorney Connie Rice spoke about police misconduct and the Los Angeles Police Department Rampart scandal during a visit to Connie RiceUSC Law Nov. 7.

The hugely attended talk was sponsored by the Criminal Law Society, the Public Interest Law Foundation, the Black Law Students Association and the Women's Law Association.

Rice is co-director and co-founder of The Advancement Project in L.A. and as an attorney has filed police misconduct cases, been an ethics adviser to the LAPD officers union and recently headed a review panel that conducted the fifth investigation into the Rampart scandal.
