Local high school students visit USC Law

Nearly 100 high school students came to USC Law Feb 15 to participate in Empowerment Day, sponsored by the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), the Office of Public Service and In Legal Color.Local high school students attend Empowerment Day Feb. 15

The event gave the 10th-graders from Frederick Douglass Academy, a chartered school a few blocks southwest of USC, a glimpse of the law school experience. The students attended a mock class taught by Professor Camille Rich, participated in a Q&A session with USC Law BLSA members and received a tour of the law schoool.
