Accommodations and Information

Accomodations

USC Gould School of Law welcomes the participation of individuals with disabilities at all of our continuing legal education events. Please email cle@law.usc.edu at least 7 days prior to the event to request disbility accommodations. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide accommodations in an effective and timely manner.

Meals

Lunch will be provided to Institute for Entertainment Law and Business attendees. Please indicate any necessary dietary accommodations in your registration by September 18, 2026.

Dress Code

The Institute on Entertainment Law and Business has a business casual dress code. The Institute will be held in three locations on campus, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking.

Parking & Transportation

Ridesharing

We recommend using a rideshare service to get to and from the Institute. USC has designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up zones. You may also enter the following addresses to be dropped off:

  • 620 USC McCarthy Way, Los Angeles, CA 90089
  • 635 W. 36th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007
    This location is closest to USC Gould School of Law

Self Parking

Self-parking is available for $20.50 on a first-come, first-served basis until full at the USC Figueroa Parking Garage. Parking in ADA, reserved, or hotel spaces is not allowed. There is a short walk from the parking structure onto campus where the Institute sessions will be held; signs will be posted to help direct you. If you need assistance, please email cle@law.usc.edu so we can prepare accordingly.

All USC parking lots are cashless and use License Plate Reader technology, so please be sure to enter your license plate number correctly and purchase your pass before leaving your vehicle.

  1. Go to t2p.mobi/home/map.
  2. Enter FIGS when asked for the P-Code.
  3. Select Park Vehicle.
  4. Enter your license plate number.
    Select Pricing, then select All Day.
  5. Enter the necessary information.
  6. Add payment details and complete your purchase.

Public Transportation

Most trains take just 15 minutes to reach campus from Culver City and Downtown LA, with the convenient Expo Park/USC station directly adjacent to campus. Check the LA Metro website for the latest schedules and service updates.
