Topics in Business Organizations Law LAW-696

Using the substantive law of business organizations as the primary contextual setting, Topics in Business Organizations Law (TBOL) focuses on learning through practice, simulations, and feedback to (1) refine methods of effectively analyzing legal problems, and (2) bolster legal analysis skills in a variety of oral and written formats.

The course is designed to build and refine skills critical to success in all law school courses, on the bar exam, and in the practice of law. Professor Scotten’s Business Organizations course is a co-requisite; all students enrolled in TBOL must also be simultaneously enrolled in Business Organizations with Prof. Scotten.
