Tammy M. J. Hong is a partner at Demetriou, Del Guercio, Springer & Francis, LLP with a practice focusing on real estate and environmental law. Her litigation experience includes quiet title, breach of contract, fraud, eminent domain, and cost recovery and contribution actions for environmental claims under the CERCLA, HSAA, RCRA and related common law claims. Hong’s transactional practice involves commercial and industrial real estate transactions, particularly when such transactions are complicated by environmental concerns. Hong also advises clients on regulatory compliance, including environmental investigation and clean-up.

Jonathan Barnett wrote an op-ed piece, based on his forthcoming paper to be published in the University of Chicago Business Law Review, about antitrust regulations and the effects it has on merger review processes. "This inquiry raises serious concerns that legislators and regulators have embarked on a course of action that has an insufficient factual foundation in the digital markets on which competition policymakers have focused," Barnett wrote.
