Nathan Yun is general counsel at Navien, Inc. He previously worked at Yun Law Firm, a professional law corporation, where he handled both plaintiff’s wrongful death and business litigation cases. In this role, he was a finalist for the 2018 Consumer Attorney of the Year for Lee v. Pupil Transportation Cooperative — a case that resulted in Gov. Brown’s signing into law the “Paul Lee School Bus Safety Law” in 2016, requiring school buses to be equipped with a child safety alarm.

Prior to Yun Law Firm, Yun worked for various Samsung companies for 14 years in capacities that included general Counsel and chief administrative officer. He was also on the Board of Directors at Samsung Chemical (USA), Inc.

Prior to Samsung, he worked at various law firms including Hong & Chang (an associated office of Kim & Chang, South Korea’s largest law firm), where he handled business litigation for corporate and banking clients.
