Oren Lund is the former general counsel and chief legal officer of the Tyson Group, a private company specializing in entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing and consumer packaged goods businesses. Before serving as general counsel, Oren was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago and then Massumi + Consoli LLP in Los Angeles, specializing in general corporate and M&A matters. He also served as deputy general counsel of Stericycle, Inc., a public company with more 30,000 employees.

Lund earned his JD from the University of Chicago, where he was one of the first members of the Corporate Lab.
