Roxana Guidero is counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP. She has represented corporate clients and individuals in some of the most high-profile and challenging trials across the country. Her practice has spanned an array of industries and specialties, including entertainment, media, sports, antitrust, general commercial litigation, product liability and white collar crime.

She earned her JD from the University of Berkeley School of Law, after spending a year at Harvard Law School as a visiting scholar, and received her BA in political science from UCLA. Before starting her career in private practice, she clerked on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for Judge Alex Kozinski.

Guidero teaches Contracts at USC Gould.
