Mehdi Sinaki is an attorney based in the Los Angeles office of Michelman & Robinson, LLP. Specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, Mehdi’s expertise spans a variety of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, media, technology and entertainment. His proficiency in understanding the unique motivations and risk profiles of his clients has positioned him as a trusted business and legal advisor.

In his role, Mehdi structures and negotiates complex deals, providing general counsel advisory services, and overseeing corporate transactions. His expertise extends to managing mergers and acquisitions, conducting purchases and sales of commercial properties, and facilitating various leasing transactions.

Beyond his legal practice, Mehdi contributes to the academic sphere as an Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law. There, he teaches courses on Contract Drafting, Analysis, and Negotiations, as well as Real Estate Contracts. He is authoring two forthcoming books: Navigating Commercial Real Estate Transactions: A Practical Guide, and Corporate Transactional Law: A Practical Guide, set to be released in 2027 and 2029 respectively.

Mehdi has been recognized repeatedly as a “Leader in Law” by the Los Angeles Business Journal. His insights into the legal field have further been showcased through several articles he has authored for Law360. Additionally, he serves on the Audit & Risk Committee for Michelman & Robinson, LLP.
