Ava Amini is a corporate finance attorney in the Los Angeles office of Loeb & Loeb LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on commercial lending and banking transactions. She represents financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending and finance transactions, including securities-based lending, asset-based lending, cross-border transactions, subscription facilities and private equity and hedge fund transactions. She received her BA from Brown University and her JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
